Dayanis is originally from Miami, Florida. She moved to Nebraska in 2019 and started working for McDonald's in 2021 at our Grand Island 2 location. Dayanis worked her way up through different levels of Shift Leader and Department Leadership and ultimately being promoted to Restaurant Leader in 2025 where she was transferred to our newly opened Grand Island 3 location. Dayanis enjoys leading a restaurant that creates feel good moments for families and employees.
Dayanis has been engaged to her fiancé, Brandon, since 2023, and has five children: Kaeyln, Michael, Daniela, Nicholas and Anaeli. They also have a cat named Nadya, her pride and joy. For fun, Dayanis likes to have movie nights with her family and cook new recipes.
Her favorite McDonald's menu item is the Chicken McNuggets.
